Staying Hydrated is fundamental for good health, especially when we practice physical activity. That’s why we’ll show you how much water you need while you exercise.
According to studies published by the University of North Carolina, a person who exercises regularly needs more hydration than one that does not practice any activity.
Hydration works as follows:
1 kilogram of lost weight is equal to 1 liter of sweat.
This should be compensated with at least one liter of water during physical activity. Otherwise, sodium levels will also decrease and performance will not be as expected.
For every hour of exercise is recommended to drink a liter of water, as you do your routine, drink a couple of drinks slowly. When you drink a moderate amount of water during the routine, it improves performance as well as concentration.
That’s the amount of water you need while you exercise. It is essential that we always be hydrated that allows us to continue our activities.
